Maureen Pascoe

Maureen Pascoe was born and brought up in Cornwall and studied dancing from the age of four.

On leaving school she pursued a secretarial career and was, for many years, Administrator for both the Cornwall Youth Orchestra and the Cornwall Rural Music School.

In 1975 Maureen resumed her dance training with the late Miss Irene Luke and then with Kay Jones who, by that time had taken over the Capitol School of Theatre Dance.

In 1988 she started her own School bringing dance to pupils in the more rural areas of Mid Cornwall. She has worked alongside Kay Jones on all previous ballet productions, with special responsibility as ballet mistress for the junior corps de ballet.
