Sianne Strasburg

Miss Strasburg trained at the Royal Ballet School and danced as principal ballerina with the Johannesburg Ballet Company, South Africa. She has since taught at the Rambert Ballet School, London, the Hong Kong Academy of Ballet and the Urdang Academy, Covent Garden, London, as well as working as Ballet Mistress with the Hong Kong Ballet Company. She has also staged productions in Europe, the Far East and England.
Miss Strasburg, who now lives in Cornwall, has for some years been teaching ballet at the Capitol School of Theatre Dance. More recently, she has taken up the appointment of pirincipal ballet teacher at the newly opened Dance College of Cornwall in Falmouth.

Miss Strasburg has played a crucial role as Ballet Mistress in the Duchy Ballet's productions of The Nutcracker (1998), Swan Lake (1999), the Triple Bill (2000) Coppelia (2001), The Snow Queen and Stepping Out To Gershwin (2002), and Giselle (2003).
