The Nutcracker
With its charming story, popular melodies and universal appeal,
‘The Nutcracker’ was a natural choice to be the
very first full-length ballet to be performed in Truro’s
prestigious new theatre in its opening season.
The production turned out to be a huge success with audiences
amazed at the precision and skills of the young dancers and
thrilled by the sparkling guest artists, Belinda Hernandez
and Laurentia Guinee as the Sugar Plum Fairy and Prince, who
appeared by kind permission of the English National Ballet.
