Triple bill - The Spirit of Cornwall
Special performance of The Mousehole Cat

Did you know that the much-loved children's story, The Mousehole Cat, written by Antonia Barber, has been turned into a wonderful piece of dance theatre, guaranteed to amuse and cast fresh light on Mowser's adventures?
Duchy Ballet commissioned the music in 2003 from Ian Hughes and this score was chosen by the British Society of Composers as one of the three finalists in the stageworks section of their annual awards. Director, Kay Jones, asked Terence Etheridge to do the choreography for the ballet and the performances were highly acclaimed by Antonia Barber and the audiences.
On Friday 1st April there will be a unique opportunity for the very youngest members of the community to see this enchanting ballet.
The performance starts at 11.30am and is aimed specifically at children 5 years of age or younger. Tickets are £5 each and are available from the Hall for Cornwall Box Office 01872 262466.
There could be no better way to spend a morning in the Easter holidays. Enjoyment is almost certainly guaranteed and this is the chance for children to find out how an exciting story can be told without using words.
(No adult's will be allowed without children!)
